Maintenance Technician

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or improve equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, demonstrating knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficient in using CMMS software to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide other maintenance technicians.
