Use telephones to answer questions, take orders and verify account information.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Advise on company information.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Customer Service Representative will work in our call center answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Bi-lingual woule be beneficiaol.
Has knowledge of commonly-used rv parts and is able to learn and retain product information.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions could require exercising independent judgment.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
