Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
The Office Manager position is directly related to the operations department, so candidates must have extensive knowledge of the constantly changing operations nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Manage accurate reporting and tracking for nationwide locations Ensuring the reporting of timely pick-up and delivery to and from repair shops Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements in Excel Spreadsheets Update internal customer data in Excel spreadsheets Help with incoming customer's questions & inquiries via email, phone, and text Manage outgoing phone calls & emails to communicate with customers, service partners and operations team Prepare accurate reports for upper management in Excel, Teams, and in person Arrange same-day deliveries with operations whenever possible Prepare accurate invoices in SAP software Qualifications Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer-savvy with a stong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Keen on working in a fast-paced environment As part of our team you will be in a family supportive environment.
