EarthWay Products is looking for a Quality Technician to join their production team! The Quality Technician is responsible for checking parts for defects and training employees to the proper quality standards of fabricated parts.
Role & Responsibilities Perform quality checks for the first 2 parts of every work order setup and ensure it meets quality specifications Provide quality approval for molded parts after each start up Perform quality checks on finished goods units Create and update quality check sheets Other duties may be assigned as necessary Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role Minimum 3 years' following quality processes Ability to communicate to several production associates Multi tasker Attention to detail Ability to shift priorities as production needs change Sense of urgency to get orders out on time or early Job Type:
