Lamination Engineer

Our client is a global manufacturer of fabricated components for OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and is seeking a Lamination Product Engineer.
This is a new position that is open due to business growth.
The Lamination Product Engineer will be responsible for New Product Development as well as Process Engineering and Process Improvements for existing products.
This role is ideal for a creative engineer who can work well independently!!Responsibilities of the Lamination Product Engineer:
Lead New Product Development (NPD) design and project management for OEM market segments (experience with RV and other Transportation a plus) Establish manufacturing process controls for new and existing products Design, development, implementation and analysis of technical products and systems Works closely with Manufacturing and Operations to identify production needs and any deficiencies Serves as Project Manager for all New Product Development, using Stage Gate methodology Develops cross-functional teams for all New Product Development and Process Improvement projectsRequirements for Lamination Product Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent 4 or more years of experience in a technical position in the Lamination Industry is a must, preferably in New Product Development Hands-on manufacturing experience preferred Experience with Lean manufacturing and Process Improvement Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or SolidWorks Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently Microsoft Office proficiency required, MS Project a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
