Clerical/Customer Service
Are client, located in Middlebury, is looking for a temporary Clerical/Customer Service person for up to a 12 week assignment.
Work hours: typically 8am - 5pm in Corporate Office setting.
Responsibilities:
Clerical assistance to the Sales division
Researches, answers, resolves inquiries from dealers and potential retail customers regarding product
Maintains and communicates pricing sheets, dealer info. & dealer resource website
Maintains on-line RV sites w/product info.
Tracks travel and vacation schedules of sales personnel
Assists with rebating programs
Takes sales meeting minutes and distributes
Completes shipment reports
Will need to coordinate materials for and attend the Elkhart Open House and the Masters event in Middlebury.
Software skills required:
Strong Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Adobe, AS400
Strong communication skills required - both oral and written. Responsiveness, timeliness are critical. RV customer service experience helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
